That’s right. We’re talking about a burger stuffed with melt in your mouth Tasmanian Cape Grim beef, rich tomato sauce, basil, fried eggplant, mozzarella AND parmesan, thanks to the legends at Burger Project.
For a limited time only, Burger Project will be dishing out this god damn delicious thing, thought up by Australia’s one and only, Neil Perry. The best part? There will be a new limited edition burger every six weeks, with a focus on the beef (it seriously melts in your mouth) and bold flavours from all over the world.
