Remember a life before the pandemic, when the Brisbane Ice Cream Festival was an annual staple for dessert lovers far and wide? Well unfortunately due to a little something called COVID-19 the festival was unable to go ahead this year, however ice cream lovers can get excited all over again, because the West Village Daydreams and Ice Cream pop-up is here to provide you with your sweet fix.

The scream-worthy event is happening at the end of November, just in time for the warmer weather. Pairing twelve ‘grammable ice cream centric installations with a bunch of pop-up stalls serving the summer dessert, neither you or your insta feed will be left hungry. The colourful photo installations will feature bright designs, eye catching props and dessert-loving slogans designed to stand out on your socials. Set on the sprawling lawns of The Common in West End, the installations will be open and ready for posing every day of the week, with live music on the weekends to keep you in a tranquil state of ice creamy bliss. Whether you’re wanting to bring along multiple outfit changes or simply get your sugary fix, the pop-up is not to be missed.

Do we even need to mention that there’s also a chance to win a year’s worth of gelato from La Macelleria? All you have to do is post your most ‘gram worthy photo from the event  with the hashtag #daydreamsandicecream and the most creative snap will take out the top prize. Game on…
