There’s A New Rooftop Bar In Town…And It’s Awesome

The eagle has landed in Brisbane, folks, bringing with it Moet Ice Imperial—the first Champagne to be poured over ice—killer panoramic CBD views, live music, and a swanky new rooftop bar setting from which to enjoy it all.

Bird puns aside, Eagles Nest Brisbane at The Point Hotel in Kangaroo Point is a new Brisbane bar ready to turn up the sophistication on your typical Sunday sesh’, one glass of chilled bubbly at a time.

If you think serving Champagne on ice sounds like sacrilege (don’t worry, we were dubious at first), keep your bubbly-snobbery at bay because the clever crew at Moet et Chandon have formulated an effervescent drop that can handle the little cubes of frozen water like a boss.

In a partnership with Moet, Eagles Nest Brisbane is on of the first Brisbane bars to serve up this new Champagne—the perfect tipple for our sweltering summer heat—and it’s open to the public from 4pm every Sunday.

‘Cause what’s more exclusive than a Brisbane bar that only opens one day a week?

Still not convinced? Then all you have to do is head along one Sunday, take a pic and hashtag it with #eaglesnestbrisbane, you'll be in the draw to win your very own bottle of Moet Ice Imperial!

If you’re not a Champagne fan, don’t fret, the rest of the drink menu is equally classy with a neat selection of cocktails, craft beers, and wines served up alongside the Moet.

In the food stakes The Point’s Lamberts Restaurant head chef Marcus Turner (formerly of Era Bistro) has created a moreish, and bubble-appropriate bar menu just made for Sunday munchies.

New Brisbane bar, Eagles Nest Brisbane is also available for function hire (hello, engagement parties with a breathtaking backdrop), and we love a Brisbane function space with all the bells and whistles.
