You love seafood, we love seafood, Sydney loves seafood. Summer is seafood season and if there’s one day when we’re all about freshly shucked oysters, buckets of prawns and who are we kidding, a cheeky lobster always goes down a treat— it’s Christmas.
Bringing back one of our favourite festive things to do this month, the Sydney Fish Market is prepping 700 tonnes of the freshest seafood for our bellies. Doors open at 5am on Friday 23 December, and stay open right through to 5pm on Christmas Eve. Now, we don’t know about you guys, but 1am seems like the perfect time to adult and get our shiz together.
So grab your crew, make a game plan (seriously, you know how busy Sydney gets) then divide and conquer to make sure you get as much of the freshest seafood that you possibly can.
