Make Your Own Epic Berry Bowl!

Your morning bowl of cereal is all well and good, but, gee, they need some jazzing up to look remotely appetising. The most important meal of the day shouldn’t only be good for you; you deserve whatever’s looking up at you to look hella fresh and oh-so-pretty!

To get your morning feed up to scratch, we’ve teamed up with NutriBullet to give you a super easy, super delicious berry bowl recipe for you to try at home. Chocked full of antioxidants and heart-healthy fats (all the really good stuff, basically) brekky really is the best meal of the day!

What you’ll need:

NutriBullet PRO 900

1 handfull of spinach

1 tablespoon of chia seeds

1/2 banana, frozen

1 cup of mixed berries

1 tablespoon of cashews

1 teaspoon of coconut oil

1 1/2 cups of almond milk

1 tablespoon of SuperFood Protein Blend

Directions:

Add all your ingredients to your NutriBullet PRO 900 tall cup, using 1 cup of almond milk to start you off.

Extract for 30 seconds, adding more almond milk depending on what consistency you prefer (you’re after a thicker consistency than a smoothie!).

Pour into a bowl, and jazz it up with your fave toppings—we went with blueberries, extra chia seeds and strawbs—delish!
