From delicious culinary pop-ups, to masterclasses and glamorous puppy parades—we've got plenty to keep you occupied this weekend in Sydney.

Friday 11th

Tacos At Mr Moustache

Start your weekend early with half-price tacos at Bondi's newest Mexican establishment, Mr Moustache. Highlights on the menu include: Wagyu beef, bacon and melted cheese in a flour tortilla; beer-battered fish, pickled cabbage and chipotle mayo; and braised spiced pork with pickled red onion and habanero salsa. From 5-6:30pm.

Saturday 12th

The Championships At Royal Randwick

The BMW Autumn Carnival kicks off at Royal Randwick, bringing with it world-class racing and the official launch of Little Sydney—a pop-up foodies precinct featuring the likes of Longrain, Icebergs, Four in Hand, Chiswick, Bistrode, The Fish Shop and Uccello. Over three consecutive Saturdays, celebrity chefs will be designing signature dishes exclusively for their guests. Gates open 10:30am.

Local Producers Masterclass At Salt Meats Cheese

Discover fresh local produce and the importance of sustainability with Salt Meats Cheese. In this two-hour masterclass, patrons will learn how Pepe Saya's butter and Country Valley Milk are made, as well as the traditions of artisan baking and the mysteries of sourdough. The demonstrations will be followed by a sit down lunch prepared with a produce-focused menu. Tickets here.

The Easter Dog Parade

The 2nd annual Easter Dog Parade will be transforming Gladstone Park in Balmain, as fashion-forward pups take to the runway. There will be barking and bonnets galore, as comedian Simon Kennedy introduces the hounds on the red carpet as they compete for Best Costume, Happiest Dog, Best Dancer and more! Owners will be treated to a Cinco de Mayo fiesta, Mariachi band, face painting, and market stalls, with all proceeds going to the RSPCA.

Sunday 13th

The Botanist Pop-Up

The Botanist will be opening a pop-up shop at Kirribilli Markets throughout April. Stop by to sample their delicious sliders (with offerings of chicken, beef, vegetarian or bacon and egg) and non-alcoholic punch, whilst trawling the fashion racks.
