Cousin Tony’s Brand New Firebird | Woolly Mammoth

Touring around the tracks from their sophomore LP ‘New Romancer’, Cousin Tony’s Brand New Firebird is stopping by the Mammoth this April and if you have even a passing interest in indie-pop you ought to catch it. Tickets on sale now

Cub Sport | The Tivoli

The late show is booked solid but Cub Sport are all about giving the people what they want so they’ve scheduled a 2pm all ages show and tickets are still available. The Brisbane-based four-piece are currently touring with the first body of work produced since the marriage of their members Tim Nelson and Sam Netterfield, which explores themes of self-love and self-actualisation. Billie Eilish Appreciation Night | Black Bear Lodge

Odette | The Triffid

Well into her Lotus Eaters National Tour, Odette is bringing the richness and potency of her music and spoken word to the Triffid. Her debut album ‘To A Stranger’ earned her a spot at number 13 on the national ARIA chart, as well as two ARIA nominations. Get tickets here

The Jezabels | Southbeach Social

Corona Sunsets presents a completely free national tour of one of Australia’s premier indie-pop groups. Formed in Sydney in 2007, the Jezabels have released three studio albums, toured with Imagine Dragons and Garbage, and are regulars on the festival circuit. RSVP at the events page

Touch Sensitive | The Triffid

Escape the family on Easter Sunday and get Touch Sensitive in your earholes. As a self-proclaimed synth-freak, his electronica dance music means the Sydneysider has minted some serious bops. Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever | The Triffid

Formed in Melbourne in 2013, Rolling Blackouts CF have enjoyed widespread acclaim for their indie rock sound, and have often been associated with their dolewave scene. Genesis Owusu | The Foundry

On the verge of serious exposure, Genesis Owusu is a name to remember while he’s still relatively low key. Hailing from Canberra, Owusu describes his sound as 21st century punk jazz, with a backbone of hip-hop. Purchase tickets here so you can say you saw him before he took over the music world.

Montaigne | The Brightside
