We love long weekends more than most things in this world and the Queen’s Birthday Long Weekend is no exception. Sure, it’s not her real birthday, but who’s paying attention? We’ve got some seriously fun events happening this weekend from silent discos to creating your own personalised gin to singing with your favourite band. Here are the best things to do in Sydney over the next few days (let’s just hope the weather is better than last weekend).

Rekorderlig Fika Pop-Up Bar

If anyone knows how to do winter right, it’s the Swedes! Make tracks to The Fine Food Store in The Rocks this weekend to sample a little Swedish culture at Rekorderlig’s Fika pop-up bar! Traditional ‘Fika’—the Swedish version of morning tea, only way better—is a part of daily life in Sweden. Enjoy a warm glass of Rekorderlig’s new Spiced Äpple Cider in the Swedish-style bar, warm yourself by the log fire, listen to live music and tuck in to iconic Swedish-inspired dishes such as Selma Buns and meatballs in a Rekorderlig Dry Äpple Cider sauce. SKÅL!
