Bills Brings Its Hotcakes To Bondi

In only good news for Sydneysiders, breakfast legend Bill Granger (known for some of Sydney's best breakfasts) is opening his third outpost on Bondi's Hall Street. While the details are still in the works, we can reveal that on September 17 bills will begin its brunch trade, and we couldn't be more thrilled!

The café will be housed in Hall Street's glistening new dining precinct, alongside the likes of Mr. Moustache, Da Orazio Pizza + Porchetta and China Diner, and will be serving up breakfast, lunch and dinner. Seating will spill out onto the footpath for patrons to kick back and soak up the sunshine.

So, what's on the menu you ask? Well, no bills breakfast would be complete without its famous ricotta hotcakes with banana and honeycomb butter, or the scrumptious sweetcorn fritters with roast tomato, spinach and bacon. There'll also be a few newbies in the mix such as the shrimp burger with jalapeno mayo -  our mouths are watering just thinking about it!

Plus to celebrate the official opening, friendly next door neighbours, Gelato Messina, will be offering a limited edition ricotta hotcake gelato – say what?! No doubt we'll see you there.
