Regional Dinners at Vini
Vini is the place to go for fresh, seasonal Italian fare in a rustic chic setting. Each Tuesday Chef Stephen creates a four course set menu consisting of the typical, classic, seasonal and sometimes very unusual food that comes from specific regions in Italy. Every week the region pleasantly changes giving guests new insights into this food loving country. Wines are also sourced from the region to accompany the delicious food.

Cherry Blossom Festival at Saké
Sitting within an impressive designer space, Saké Restaurant & Bar is located right in the heart of The Rocks. Saké serves contemporary Japanese fare created by their renowned sushi master Shaun Presland. As a homage to Japanese cherry blossoms, Saké is serving up spring inspired cuisine for the entire month of September. The menu is created for sharing and is beautifully hand-crafted. Need to impress your date with the cooking skills you claimed to have (but don't)? Real foodist and celebrated chef Alex Stuart might just be your saving grace! In two intimate cooking classes you will learn to make delicious, allergy friendly desserts that are packed with nutrients, look gorgeous and, wait for it, are easy to make! UNSW Amnesty International Cooking Class
Break down cultural barriers and get involved with a hands-on cooking class led by refugees from Bangladesh, Iran and Egypt. Learn about their cuisine and culture while hearing about their experiences. Once you've helped prepare the food, you'll enjoy your culinary creations with the group. This will truly be an enjoyable and eye-opening evening.

Sydney Italian Wine + Food Festival
Looking for an excuse to do as the Romans do? Well friends, you won't have to travel as far as Rome. Dinner at Dusk
'Dinner at Dusk' at The Australian Botanic Garden is the perfect way to finish off a spring day. Your truly elegant night will begin with tasty canapés and sparkling wine in the Water Garden while learning about the majestic animals that call this magnificent garden their home. You will then have the opportunity to visit the garden's new visitor centre where you will enjoy a gourmet two-course candlelit dinner accompanied by live music and spectacular views. Celestial Tables: Discover Sydney's Contemporary Chinese Cuisine
The 'Tale and Taste' sessions at the Museum of Sydney offer an interesting balance of storytelling and sampling of the tantalising flavours of modern Australian Chinese cuisine. Choose from three sessions run by Anna Wong (Neila), Chui Lee Luk (Chow Bar & Eating House), Brendan Fong (Mr Wong) and blogger Lee Tran Lam. Each session will include a food demonstration and tasting as well as entry to the Museum of Sydney's authentic Chinese Market garden and their current major exhibition 'Celestial City: Sydney's Chinese Story'.

Lethbridge and Disciples Wine Dinner at Nomad
This one-off dinner at Nomad will introduce you to Dr Ray Nadeson, owner and winemaker of Lethbridge Wines. Neuroscientist turned winemaker Dr Ray is like no-one you have ever met before. Described as the 'mad scientist of Australian wine', Dr Ray and his disciples produce some of the most uniquely flavoured wines in Australia. During this event guests will be invited to join Ray and his disciples as they explore the wines of Lethbridge, Byrne Wines and Between 5 Bells.
