57th International Paella Festival Pacific Semi-Finals

Head to the Queen Victoria Market this weekend and celebrate the Pacific Semi Finals of the Concurs Internacional de Paella Valenciana. Each year this international paella competition attracts leading chefs the world over, with Melbourne’s very own Simply Spanish taking out the 2016 title of tastiest paella outside of Spain.
