Beloved Irish pub The Fifth Province is turning St Paddy’s Day into a full-blown St Kilda festival, with a five-day program running Thursday 12 to Monday 17 March. Rooted in culture, music and good company, the pub will host everything from emerging Irish acts, trad sessions and dancing to whiskey and gin tasting stations, fresh-shucked oysters, Six Nations rugby screenings, its now-iconic sit-down spice bag, and maybe best of all: $6 Guinness pints.

To celebrate its AW26 Naturally Cosy collection, MUJI is transforming Collingwood into a one-day sensory flannel wonderland on Saturday 14 March, with a free community session from 12pm to 3pm. From February to early March Republica is celebrating 20 years of operation with 20 days worth of live music, DJs and $20 deals across their food and drink menu. 

Headlining the free-entry fun are acts Super Disco Club, Yolanda Be Cool, Joey Lightbulb and Kane Worthy. The two-decade milestone is an impressive feat in the hospo industry—one worthy of celebrating. 

Taco And Margarita Masterclasses At Mamasita

Mamasita has been serving some of Melbourne's best tacos and margaritas for 15 years, and now, they're opening up the kitchen (and the bar) to let guests in on their secrets. 

Led by Executive Chef Jimmy Garside and the Mamasita bar team, the classes are intimate, 10-person workshops where, across two hours, you'll get to press and cook house-made tortillas, build signature tacos and shake classic margaritas.
