Calling all Gelato Messina fans—and oh boy, do we have an announcement for you!
After its amazing success in Sydney, Messina is coming to Melbourne and treating us with their seven – YES SEVEN – course menu. Running in a secret room at the back of their Chapel Street store, we’re are 100% frothing in anticipation. The folks at Messina also know how to further entice us, and they’re doing it by keeping the degustation menu under wraps. That’s right, this menu is top secret! Obviously though, we’re expecting big things.
Their last menus featured delights like white-chocolate sake gelato with goat’s milk sherbet and dehydrated strawbs (holy friggin’ moly!) and tonka bean gelato with vanilla mousse, coffee soil and dark chocolate paper. Yep, this is definitely no standard ice cream.
Each course will be accompanied by a drool-worthy liquid concoction, so you’ll really get the most out of your experience! Running from the 23 – 27 August, there’ll be three seatings per evening. Each seating only accommodates eight peeps, so you better reserve your spot ASAP.
