Grab the car keys—we’re heading to Bendigo.
We’ll take any excuse to roadtrip outside the city. And as excuses go, luxury bell tents are pretty high up the list...especially when they’re set on a real life working vineyard. Yep, Balgownie Estate have just announced a new style of accommodation for their winery, and it rhymes with ‘shcmamping’.
15 luxury tents are popping up among the vines from February next year, but you can book them as of right now. Each glamp pad comes with a queen sized bed, decked out in baby-soft linen, split system air con, a well-stocked bar fridge, tea and coffee facilities (crucial) and enough rugs, blankets and squishy couches to keep you comfy for days.

Bonus points: you’ll also get access to Balgownie Estate’s restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus the opp to try and buy all of the wines at the cellar door. Make sure you head into nearby Bendigo too—the food and drink scene is taking OFF.
