Just over twelve months ago Melbourne was introduced to a restaurant called Drumplings, a restaurant that would change the game forever.

Dumplings weren’t a new thing in Melbourne, but the likes of fish and chip, or cheeseburger dumplings sure were.

Now, after a year of serving up wild and woolly dumplings to the residents of Melbourne, Drumplings are going to take a stab at breakfast dumplings, bottomless brunch style.

French toast bao, served with French toast spice mix, chilli-chocolate ice cream, slow poached pear & ginger syrup.

The team has taken influence from breakfast dishes that can be found all around Australia, using bold and innovative flavours that are sure to leave a good taste in your mouth.

On the menu, you can expect to see flavours such as bacon and egg, shakshouka, and even French toast.

Drumplings bottomless brunch experience is available every weekend from 11am.
