Giddy Up! | The Jeep Portsea Polo Is Back

By Ella Stening
8th Jan 2014

The whinny of pompous ponies, explosive bursts of champagne corks, the seductive aroma of amuse-bouche, the peaks of alabaster marquees, men in hard hats and double breasted jackets, glitter, fancy flats (no stilettos!) and red lacquered lips giggling behind flirty fans. Where the bloody hell are you? Why, the Jeep Portsea Polo, of course, and we're delighted to announce they're back for 2014, with all the action taking place down the Peninsula this Saturday, 11th January.

Over 5000 people drive, boat and even helicopter to this prestigious event held at Point Nepean in Portsea, so what are you waiting for?! Tickets are still available in General Admission for $75 a head, which includes a great view and access to a well endowed bar and restaurant, as well as the Fieldside Carparks for $125 per person. DJ Dean Cherny will also be on hand to keep the crowds entertained and dancing throughout the day, with Aussie fave Phil Ceberano making an appearance after the main game.

Tickets are selling faster than a horse on a hotplate, so whether you're a seasoned polo attendee or you're just keen to rub shoulders with the likes of Pruuue and Truuude, anyone with a pair of lookers can enjoy a day filled with world class sportsmanship, beautiful people and sexy, seaside surroundings. We can't think of a better way to enjoy the summer sunshine, so hustle up your pretty pink heels and picnic rug and book a ticket today.
