What You Need To Know About Melbourne’s Upcoming Jeff Goldblum Movie Marathon

It’s almost that magnificent time of the year once again, it’s time to watch movies in the name of culture at the Melbourne International Film Festival.

There are so many amazing films to see as part of the festival that it’s hard to list them all (check out the full program here), but right now we’re here to talk about the highlight of the festival that is the Goldblum Marathon.

Goldblum is one of those actors whose popularity transcends generations, his quirky roles have endeared him to millions of people over his lengthy career which kicked off in the 1974 film Death Wish with Charles Bronson.

Taking place on Friday 9 August from 11:30pm at St Kilda’s The Astor Theatre, Goldblum fans will be treated to an overnight marathon of absolute film bangers. Movies being shown include The Tall Guy, Independence Day, The Fly, Thor: Ragnarok among others.
