It’s that time of year, the sun is out, you’re thinking about hitting the beach again, and the Night Noodle Markets are back to take all of your money on a balmy spring evening.
The Night Noodle Markets will now be a standalone event, with The Age Good Food Month moving to 13-23 June in 2018. The event will be held over 18 nights, so you’ll have plenty of opportunities to dig into everything on offer.
Mr Miyagi, Wonderbao, Gelato Messina and Hoy Pinoy will all be back to take you on this flavour journey. Wonderbao will be dishing up their ‘Guabao box’ which features roast pork belly, sweet and spicy Korean fried chicken and panko crumbed eggplant while Gelato Messina will be serving the hordes of hungry Melburnians with four desserts exclusive to the event like their ‘Kamikaze Katsu’—a deep fried ice cream sandwich.
You can expect live DJs and music along with a ton of interactive spaces to while away the hours. There’ll be plenty of booze on offer as well with a pop-up cellar door from Brand’s Laira, Beer The Beautiful Truth terrace, and the Garden Bar will be throwing out some Pimm’s to suit the warmer weather.
