A woman holds a pair of sneakers.

Like the perfect pair of jeans, the ever-reliable white sneaker never truly leaves your wardrobe rotation.

But among a sea of white sneakers, there’s one that undeniably stands out from the rest. With classic and extremely wearable styles to suit every occasion and outfit (with my personal favourite being the 2790 flatform to give me a little extra height), there’s no denying Superga has reached cult status, and rightly so.

But just when we thought we couldn’t love them more, they’ve gone and launched an all new Organic Collection that sees their classic styles given an environmentally conscious makeover.

Milky white sneakers paired with yellow socks.

We’re talking the beloved original 2790, 2750, 2843 and 2490 silhouettes crafted using materials and methods that have a low impact on the environment so you can feel good stepping into spring in earth-friendly style.

Made with longevity and recyclability in mind, each shoe is handmade with 60 per cent organic cotton, 40 per cent natural hemp, 100 per cent organic thread, a natural cork insole and a 50 per cent recycled rubber sole, all sourced from local suppliers.

We love seeing so many fashion brands taking a stronger stance on sustainability and we could not be happier that Superga has made it possible to complete our eco-conscious threads with the perfect organic white sneaker. With smooth, milky tones and organic canvas styles paired perfectly with floral dresses and floaty linen, Superga’s new kicks are an absolute must-have this spring.

It’s no secret we’re seriously digging Superga’s new organic sneaker range and we reckon you will too. If you’re ready to hit your stride in style this spring, you can scope out their new kicks right here and step up your eco style.
