The Botanical Is Putting On A Seafood Extravaganza At Portsea Hotel And You’re Invited

It’s December, how on earth did that happen? No doubt your social schedule is jam-packed over the next few weeks with work events, party invites from people you don’t like but you feel obligated to attend, and general things you might actually want to poke your head into.

Well, here’s another one to add to the list. Once you’ve recovered from your NYE massive hangover you can head down to Victoria’s most expensive suburb, set yourself up on the top level at Portsea Hotel and enjoy a wide array of amazing dishes put on by The Botanical.

You’ve got oysters that are freshly shucked to order, snapper carpaccio with yuzu, capsicum, goji and lime or main meals like pan-fried snapper with passionfruit, bok choy, grapefruit and hazelnut, or even Greenvale pork fillet with grilled peaches, crackling, and Bertie Apple cider gel.

If that’s not enough for you, finish it all off with a chocolate brownie with a side of house-made maple pecan ice cream.
