White Night is back, albeit a little bit different this time around.
White Night Reimagined is now a three-night event featuring all the colour you’d expect from the yearly event.
Given the event is three times as big this year, there’s a lot to check out. So, to help you out we’ve tracked down 7 of the best things to feast your eyes on.
The White Night Sign
This 10-metre long, 2.5-metre high sign is definitely a must-see at White Night Reimagined.
The sign creates a perfect photo opportunity with a chance to play around with shadows and the bright LEDs.

Deadly Questions
The Deadly Questions campaign from Visit Victoria and Department of Premier and Cabinet features the voices of Aboriginal Australians alongside artwork by award-winning artist Wathaurung (Wadawarrung) Elder Marlene Gilson, Land Lost, Land Stolen, Treaty.

Mad Max Fury Road
George Miller’s epic action movie Mad Max Fury Road comes to life every half an hour in Carlton Gardens at the Melbourne Museum forecourt.
The show will feature some of the film’s most iconic vehicles—the Doof Wagon, the Gigahorse, and Max’s Razor Cola Interceptor.

Globe
Netherlands performance company Close-Act will bring their visually spectacular show Globe to Australia for the first time.
Featuring 41 performers, you’ll see an acrobatic show like no other in, around, and on its 16-metre structure.

Pollution Pods
British artist Michael Pinsky brings his Pollution Pods piece to Melbourne for White Night Reimagined.
Pollution Pods features five large pods each representing air quality from places around the world, starting with the clean air of Tautra in Norway and moving through London, New Delhi, Beijing, and onto São Paulo.

Story Tree… Bundjil Creation
Sit under the canopy of Carlton Garden’s beautiful old trees and hear the Bundjil creation story of the Kulin Nation.
You’ll be introduced to six mystical beings that helped Bundjil the eagle form the land, waterways, plants, animals, and humans.

The White Night Messenger
The five-metre tall White Night Messenger is back with tidings of peace and unity at this year’s event.
The Messenger’s six-metre wingspan is sure to impress anyone who heads to Carlton Gardens over the three nights.
