Perth's first permanent floating events space, The Raft, is about to open and if you weren't quite sure how you were going to manage to get on board, we've got the answer for you. On Board with Chef is a five-course degustation dinner with a few of Perth's best chefs whipping up the goods.
Going down on Wednesday 7 October, we've got Matthew Sartori of Wildflower fame, Brendan Pratt from Vasse Felix, Kenny McHardy of Manuka Woodfire Kitchen, Heyder and Shears' own Stephen Watson and, last but not least, Rockpool’s Head Pastry Chef Brendan Owens. So yes, the food will be amazing.
The best part though? It's all in honour of World Mental Health Day and ticket proceeds are going straight to the one and only Beyond Blue. Dig deep and get yourself a feed you'll never forget.
