Look, I know what you’re thinking: there’s another flower festival? Yes. Yes, there is. So if you’ve missed the cherry blossoms and the almond blossoms and the tulips, then this is your chance to finally post that springtime Instagram post.

Now in its 63rd year, the Kyneton Daffodil And Arts Festival is one of Victoria’s oldest festivals and it is literally everything you’ve ever wanted and more from a springtime festival: jumping castles, edible gardens, sausage sizzle, live band, market stalls and more. There’s even a parade, guys. And a scarecrow competition. I mean, how’s that for wholesome weekend fun?

What’s more, is that the beautiful Kyneton gardens will once again open their doors to the public and they’ll feature all manner of blooms. Plus there will be the springtime daffodil display that’ll blow you and all your winter blues away. Totally worth the hour-long drive from Melbourne.

The Kyneton Daffodil And Arts Festival is on from 5 September until 15 September, so head down to put a spring in your step. You can check out the full program here.
