It’s time to kiss those (unlikely) 'I'm going to run a marathon' goals goodbye—because Welcome To Thornbury is throwing the ultimate burger bash this March. I’d recommended commencing burger-thon training now instead, for preparation of course.

Burger dreams will triumph this month, with six burgers coming together like a United Nations of Melbourne's best meat, all in one place: you can chow down on 8Bit, Mr Burger, Beatbox Kitchen, Dude Food Man, Easey’s and 1090 Burger on 8 and 9 March at the Thornbury pop-up food truck park. To top it off like sesame seeds on a brioche bun, all your fave beers, ciders and cocktails on tap will accompany Melbourne’s best burgers and sides (wait, you didn't think chips would be excluded from the party, did you?)

This is about to be the most cheese-y, meat-y, gratifyingly greasy two days EVER—so you shoudn't be *too* sad to see out summer with this epic event around the corner. Tickets are available via the Melbourne Food and Wine website, and include a burger, a pint and a limited edition t-shirt, but based on past experience with Melbourne burger lovers, we'd say they're going to sell quicker than tomato sauce packets at the chippie on a Sunday.

Thank-you, Welcome To Thornbury!

If you're craving burgers right. now. hit up our directory and search up 'burgers' for your bun-ny fix.
