Neptune Is Turning Into A Wine-Tasting Paradise This Weekend And We’re Not Mad About It

Following the successful debut of Smashed Grapes earlier this winter, Neptune has announced its sequel event that will be all about Riesling. So if you needed another reason to go to Neptune besides Urban Feast, well there you have it.

Neptune’s Smashed Grapes: The Riesling Edition will bring together a diverse range of Australian Rieslings and their wine-makers, so you can make that fake wine-tasting face while you pretend you actually know anything about wine.

From the rolling hills of Adelaide to the north coast of Tasmania, The Riesling Edition will offer a glimpse into the differing wine-making processes and highlight how different climates create different wines.

The venue will be transformed into six wine stations (yes, six), offering tasters the option to roam between regions at their own leisure. And in true Neptune style, the afternoon will progress with great music and a bespoke apertivo selection on offer for the duration of the event.

What’s more, is that you could score $25 off your bill ‘cause Neptune is one of the amazing restaurants that are part of Urban Feast. So you can totally save some coin and still have cash left over to for some dessert or even more wine—no one’s judging.
