So, by now every man, woman and possum in the three thousands knows that Sydney's gelato experts, Gelato Messina, are set to open a brand new store in Melbourne this summer. Yes, it's serving amazing flavours, as always. Yes, it's in Windsor. And yes, we've got the scoop (ha!) on the opening date for the latest addition to Melbourne's dessert-loving metropolis.
The Chapel Street Messina store is due to open on a day during the first week of November (from Monday 2nd onwards), when Melburnians can get their fill of mouth-watering cold treats for the first ever time on the southside of the river. Rumour (aka. The Urban List's intel department) has it that the doors will be pening on a day beginning with 'T', so that's a 50/50 chance on you picking the right one! Watch this space, and we'll tell you as soon as you can, Listers...
Messina's new store is the third Melbourne premises to be opened by the brand. Uncompromising as ever, each Gelato Messina venue serves up amazing hand-made flavours that continue to blow our sweet-toothed minds.
