If you’re a creature of habit, this news might discombobulate you slightly but it’s for the best, we promise: Queen Vic Market has announced today that it will change its trading hours for the first time in nearly 20 years.
Queen Vic is hoping to offer customers more consistency on weekdays and better convenience with an extra hour to shop the Market’s fresh produce and specialty shopping every weekend. So no more excuses about not having the time to cook at home, guys; you have an extra hour to nab some truly fresh and delicious stuff.
The change will come into effect from Tuesday 29 October 2019 after more than six months of consultation with the Market community.
Here are the new trading hours (from Tuesday 29 October 2019):
Tuesday: 6 am – 3 pm
Thursday: 6 am – 3 pm
Friday: 6 am – 3 pm
Saturday: 6 am – 4 pm
Sunday: 9 am – 4 pm
