Williamstown’s iconic Seaworks Maritime Precinct is hosting its first Wine and Chocolate Festival this Saturday! Featuring chocolate cocktails, specially brewed chocolate beer, and (of course) premium chocolate, this is set to be one of the most cacao-o-blocked weekend events in Melbourne.
Food trucks including Sliders on Tyres will be dishing out savoury food if you need to refresh your refined palate, whilst live music from DJ Mimi and local contemporary jazz group Jazzobell Deux will the set mood for your sugar-filled face stuffing. A celebration of top-quality, local artisan produce, the Wine and Chocolate Festival also (and most importantly) promises to deliver you cheese, gelato, coffee and wine to your mouth region. Excellent.
Master classes and food pairing stations will run throughout the day, showing guests the best ways to match chocolate and wine. Although, on that front, we really can’t see how you can go wrong.
Skip your local Saturday grocery shop and head to Williamstown for your indulgent staples this weekend. You're worth it.
