Grab Billy Bob and Sally Sue…we're heading to Trashed BBQ Pop-Up, y'all!
The American trailer trash themed bar and restaurant will be popping up at The Baron Said from the 16th until the 27th of April.
Sailor Jerry and Pabst Blue Ribbon are supplying booze, while Ironbark BBQ will be manning the smokers, churning out delectable Southern fare to all redneck partygoers.
Let's take a moment to talk about the meat. Oh, the meat! The Angus brisket, cooked low 'n slow in the smoker for 12 hours, is the melt-in-your-mouth goodness we've come to expect from Ironbark BBQ. Their pork shoulder, smoked for 12 hours and shredded, can be devoured with a side of vinegar coleslaw or stuffed into the Britney Bun with mac 'n cheese, iceberg lettuce, jalapenos and parsley. On top of this, there'll also be wings, ribs and other U.S. of Artery clogging eats we've come to know and love.
After you've stuffed yourself silly, you can take part in the heap of activities they have on offer, including redneck bowling, film screenings and a 'King of Brisket' BBQ competition. Local buskers and visual artists will also be doing the rounds, keeping y'all entertained throughout the night.
