24 Awesome Things To Do In Melbourne This Weekend

By Kate Bartels - 01 Feb 2018

The end of the Australia Day weekend well and truly symbolises the fact that holidays are over people. O-V-E-R. There are no more public holidays until March, and it's back to the weekly grind. Le Sigh.

It’s not all grim though—this is Melbourne. The good times never really stop. This weekend there are pop-ups galore, music coming out the wazoo and, as usual, enough food and drink stuff to keep those pesky NY resolutions at bay.

Here are 22 Awesome things to do in Melbourne this weekend.

Opera fans, do we have a treat for you. Melbourne opera is bringing you Tristan and Isolde, which hasn’t been done in this town for 17 years. Ooh, la la. The performance comes complete with a new international tenor, and tons of Aussie singers and musicians.
