Second Quack with Anglicare
Almost 90,000 people entered the ballot for The Fat Duck in Melbourne, with only 14,000 securing a spot. If that many people were willing to part with $525, then imagine if that money was directed towards helping support Victoria’s most vulnerable! Second Quack is an initiative designed by Anglicare, aiming to raise money to support Anglicare Victoria’s Homeless Services program. You can cook at home, or visit one of the many restaurants taking part. The aim is for each dinner held, $525 will be donated towards helping the homeless.
The most successful fundraising effort will go in the running to win a table for 10 at Gastronomique, valued at $3,000. So get your dinner party groove on, or if that’s simply too stressful, head out to town and visit Bouzy Rouge in Richmond, Carringbush in Collingwood, or the Vineyard in St Kilda—just to name a few!
