Good moooooooooorrrrrrrning, Vietnaaaaaaaam!
Just when you thought Hanoi Hannah couldn’t get any tastier, they go and do this thing...
Things will kick off with freshly brewed Vietnamese coffee from the guys at Industry Beans (or HH's signature Bloody Mary if you need a real kick. I mean, there’s soy sauce in this thing, it’s topped with a spring roll. It’s wild.)
Wash it down with the flakiest croissants from Lune Croissanterie, then keep the good times coming with your choice of an open-face Banh xeo (that’s a Vietnamese pancake) with smoked trout, Crème Fraiche and salmon roe, or winter greens congee served with a Chinese doughnut. They're even doing bacon and egg Bahn mi. We love a good smashed avo as much as the next Melburnian, but damn.
As usual, whatever you order is guaranteed to be damn delicious. You’re also guaranteed to want to try one of everything.
If the clutches of your doona seem a little too strong, we should point out that all the proceeds from the Good Morning Vietnam brunch are going to the Royal Children’s Hospital. Banging Vietnamese food for a good cause? Yeah, we're there.
