Look, we’re all mad for a summer cocktail, you can enjoy them at a fancy restaurant, your favourite local bar or even in a sun-drenched beer garden. However, sometimes the mood to go out just doesn’t take you, and you might need to make that certain cocktail out of your own well-stocked bar.
We’ve got our hands on one of Estelle Bistro’s latest creations—the Blitzkrieg Pop, and it’s a beauty.
Here’s how to put it all together.
- 100ml Boatrocker Pale Ale
- 50ml Mint infused apple juice
- 30ml Four Pillars Gin
- 2 dashes Bitters
- Fresh mint for garnish
Build all ingredients in order over ice in a highball glass. Garnish with fresh mint.
