When it comes to being fancy AF in the foodie world, it’s all about three things—lobster, truffle and champagne. Well, Melbs, a pop-up featuring this ultimate trifecta is coming, and we have a feeling you’ll be all over it.

Lobster Shack, Sydney’s famous lobster bar, is joining forces with Veuve Clicquot for this one, and together they’ve created a delicious seafood pop-up at the Arts Centre forecourt. The lobster rolls here will be pretty damn special, made from wild-caught Maine lobster tails poached in butter and served on a bed of buttermilk and fennel slaw. It’ll all be wrapped up in a toasted milk hot dog bun and served with crispy truffle parmesan fries on the side. See? Fancy AF, like we said.

We suggest you up your lobster game with a glass of the good stuff then roll all the way home. That’s what we plan on doing anyway. More details here.
