Whether you’re a keen baker or a keen eater, the Melbourne Cake Bake and Sweets Show is for you. This sweet show will give you the chance to learn new skills and techniques, receive tips from the best in the business or just stuff your face with cake, this event is one-of-a-kind.

The Melbourne Cake Bake and Sweets Show is Australia’s biggest event dedicated to the world of baking, decorating and sugarcraft, with a ton of classes and opportunities to learn from some of Australia’s best bakers.

The Queen Make & Take Cupcake class is a must-do for cupcake lovers of all ages. The classes are themed, and allow you to take home your masterpieces, or just eat them on the spot.

A chocolate lovers dream: the Chocolate Master Classes will show you everything you need to know, from tempering chocolate to creating Christmas themed chocolate figures and more.

Now, if you’re doing the whole ‘no sugar’ thing, that’s fine too. The show has you covered with the Healthy Baking stage, showing you how to create amazing treats with minimal guilt.

The Super Theatre will see the likes of Kirsten Tibbals, Poh Ling Yeow, Miguel Maestre and Katherine Sabbath in action. These guys will be showcasing some of their craziest creations on the live stage, this one is not to be missed.

But most importantly, throughout the entire weekend, you’ll be able to sample an incredible selection of sweet and savoury (just to balance it out) treats.
