Australia’s first-ever ice cream shop run completely by robots is launching at Fed Square.

That’s right: Niska Robotics is launching an ice cream shop at Fed Square, in which the entire serving experience is run by robots, so you might want to watch 'I, Robot' again before you go. (Juuuust kidding.)

You can pop your selection in a digital menu, and your choice of ice cream and toppings is created before you in a slightly Rube Goldberg-esque way. 

There are a ton of flavours to choose from—from salted caramel to sticky date, there is really something for everyone. You can check out NISKA’s range of flavours here and meet their robots here. 

NISKA is located in Fed Square's Crossbar building, opposite ACMI café and Beer Deluxe in the main square. So what are you waiting for? Go forth and make some robot friends.
