Nothing says summer in Sydney like a street of jacaranda trees in full bloom. In case you missed the intense hayfever-inducing pollen that’s taken over the city, the Grafton Jacaranda Festival is coming back to remind you that spring is back. Yep, NSW can be damn pretty when she wants to be.
The trip up the coast will be worth it because the festival isn’t all about street-upon-street of jacarandas (even though that level of magic should be enough). Think art exhibitions, a dragon boat regatta and more lilac flowers than your Insta feed can handle.
Let’s be real, this is a pretty great excuse for a road trip—more details here.
