Forget Fit February, A Month Long Melted Cheese Mini Festival Is About To Hit Sydney

If you were planning on embarking on some kind of fully fit February 29-day challenge, you may want to reconsider. 

We’ve just discovered a mini-festival dedicated entirely to gooey, stretchy, silky melted cheese. Hosted by the cheese fiends at The Fernery from February 1, you’re in for a limited-edition menu of cheese-heavy meals, snacks and desserts, paired with your choice of champagne, pinot gris or pinot noir. 

On the menu are melted cheese classics like cheesy mozzarella arancini and a creamy four-cheese mac n cheese. There’s a baked camembert, drizzled in honey, dusted with roasted nuts and served with crunchy house-baked flatbread. The New York “Cheesy” cheeseburger is smothered in melted cheddar cheese. 

For dessert, there’s a cheesecake (naturally) with a biscuit base and a cream cheese filling. 

Hosted on The Fernery's leafy rooftop with pretty city views, we don't know where else you'd really rather be (definitely not the gym).
