Stop everything: the Gold Coast has a brand new, champagne lunch with flowing champers for every guest, erry weekend.

Running every Saturday and Sunday for two hours (seating times between 12pm and 2pm), the Garden Kitchen & Bar located in The Star Gold Coast is throwing open their doors to a reimagined Champagne Weekends menu.

Lunch includes flowing  Moet & Chandon Champagne (prepare yourselves) and a delectable shared lunch menu from $99 per person. Think: pacific oysters served with a cabernet sauvignon mignonette; ricotta and watercress with baked ricotta, candied pine nuts, preserved lemon and baby zucchini; and lamb cutlets with celeriac slaw, Jerusalem artichoke and red wine jus.

Dessert includes a Pear & Frangipane Friand, with pear fluid gel, mandarin, mandarin sorbet & an almond brandy snap. Get your spoon (and elbows) ready.

Upgrades to Veuve Clicquot or Dom Perignon (because you know you deserve it) are also available.

Sounds too good to be true? It gets even better this May and June, with The Star Gold Coast giving away up to $1 million cash every Sunday between 20 May and 17 June, exclusive to Members of The Star Club. For all the details (because let’s be honest, you’re going to be back to eat all the things and drink all the drinks), head here. Alternatively, if you're all about mixing your drinks, check out the cocktail masterclasses running at Cherry. You'll be guided by their team of expert mixologists!
