Stop everything: the Gold Coast has a brand new, champagne lunch with flowing champers for every guest, erry weekend.
Running every Saturday and Sunday for two hours (seating times between 12pm and 2pm), the Garden Kitchen & Bar located in The Star Gold Coast is throwing open their doors to a reimagined Champagne Weekends menu.
Lunch includes flowing Moet & Chandon Champagne (prepare yourselves) and a delectable shared lunch menu from $99 per person. Think: pacific oysters served with a cabernet sauvignon mignonette; ricotta and watercress with baked ricotta, candied pine nuts, preserved lemon and baby zucchini; and lamb cutlets with celeriac slaw, Jerusalem artichoke and red wine jus.
Dessert includes a Pear & Frangipane Friand, with pear fluid gel, mandarin, mandarin sorbet & an almond brandy snap. Get your spoon (and elbows) ready.
Upgrades to Veuve Clicquot or Dom Perignon (because you know you deserve it) are also available.
