Round up your mates and prepare to hit peak nostalgia because Level Up is dishing out old school fun with their slick, new Broadbeach arcade.

Located on the first floor of The Oasis, Australia’s first Level Up Arcade will officially open its doors on Monday 24 June and you’ll want to be first in line.

The 1980s-inspired arcade covers a sprawling 400 square metres and is kitted out with all the latest gaming mod cons including the Coast’s first embedded tap-and-play card system. Simply load up your card with some cash and tap away to start your game. You can refill it whenever you want.

The state-of-the-art amusement venue has also revealed the Coast’s first 2019 Pong 3D as well as limited edition Pinball machines. You can step back in time with classics like DayTona, Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, Jurassic Park and Buck Hunter.

Level Up Arcade will feature three unique spaces including a classic arcade, Sideshow Alley and even a dedicated adults gaming zone. Other venue highlights include a full wall Pac-Man, neon projection installation and a private party room.

And because we’re just a little bit competitive we’re all about winning the best prize at the end of a gaming session. Forget plastic trinkets that are bound for the win, Level Up has upped the ante in the prize department with Razor scooters, Nerf guns, Star Wars and Marvel goodies, restaurant and cafe vouchers, limited edition memorabilia and special event tickets all up for grabs. We’re currently eyeing off NRL grand final tickets!

If you’re hungry, the arcade has teamed up with Broadbeach patisserie, Madisons Café, who can provide tasty treats for private parties. Which means you never have to leave this big kid wonderland.

Level Up is open seven days from 9am to 10pm.
