When it comes to being fancy AF in the foodie world, it’s all about three things—lobster, truffle and champagne. Well, Gold Coast, a pop-up featuring this ultimate trifecta is coming, and we have a feeling you’ll be all over it.
Lobster Shack, Australia’s touring lobster roll and champagne restaurant, is joining forces with Veuve Clicquot for this one, and together they’ve created a delicious seafood pop-up soon to hit Broadbeach. The lobster rolls here will be pretty damn special, made from wild-caught Clearwater Maine lobster tails slow poached in butter and served on a bed of buttermilk slaw. It’ll all be wrapped up in a toasted brioche bun and served with crispy truffle Parmesan fries on the side. See? Fancy AF, like we said.
We suggest you up your lobster game with a glass of the good stuff then roll all the way home. That’s what we plan on doing, anyway. Though be warned, with recent pop-up events in both Sydney and Melbourne selling out daily, go early or go hungry. More details here.
