A celebration of local artists, designers and musicians all supported via crowdfunding portal Pozible, is set to take over The Makery in Darlinghurst from March 7 to 13. Get involved in this week-long program of events at the Pozible Pop Up.
Showcasing an array of projects and artists, the Pozible Pop Up will comprise a week packed with workshops, artist talks, and live performances. The event will feature the work of past crowdfunding recipients, including: Adelina Design jewellery; Oliver Tank EP; unique bicycle reflectors by Cyclesign; and Alas women's sleepwear.
There will also be plenty of opportunities to get your hands dirty.
On Sunday March 9, zine makers Helen and Vanessa Berry will present a small-scale printmaking afternoon, where patrons will be taught how to make zines, cards and wrapping paper. Monday March10, Xanadu Wines presents Pozible Short Film Night for an intimate screening of short films crowdfunded on Pozible. And on Tuesday March 11, join David Gravina (Digital Eskimo) and Frankie Ratford (The Design Kids) as they explore the unique world of design.
Closing night will see music movement Train Tracks take to Sydney's public transport for a roving evening of entertainment.
