Philippa Sibley has done it again, with a Spring Racing November menu that has a personal touch. Being born during the historic event of the Melbourne cup in 1967, the name Philippa even means 'lover of horses'. With November being a month close to her heart, she has designed a fun, frivolous menu to match the spring racing fever! Think gazpacho, crab, avocado and baby basil, followed by a chicken terrine with champagne jelly, asparagus spears, salad cream and smoked salmon roulade. Frank Camorra and Richard Cornish go together like chocolate and more chocolate. After their fantastic MoVida's Guide to Barcelona, we can't wait for the launch of their latest book, MoVida Solera.
