Listen up, crate diggers. Melbourne’s favourite food truck park is recovering from their Ron Swanson Appreciation Day (so much Snake Juice, so much hangover) with a giant vinyl fair this weekend.
Smooth tunes, easy listening and greasy burgers. Just what the doctor ordered.
Here’s how it’s going to work. WTT has once again joined forces with the guys at Melbourne Record Club to host the city’s biggest crate sale. 1000s of record from local sellers, including rare collectables, new releases, classics, 45s and heaps more. We’re talking more vinyl than a 70s kitchen.
Your favourite food mobiles will be on standby, naturally. The line-up so far is Belles Hot Chicken, Mr Burger, Copa Grill, Pok n Kok and a few others.
Bonus: they’re running BYP vinyl DJ sessions from 12pm – 5pm. That means you can bring your favourite records down and actually have a go on the decks. Will anyone be a hero and play 99 Luftballons? Only time will tell...
Where: Welcome To Thornbury, 520 High St Northcote
When: Sunday 13 April,12pm – 5pm
