Burgers By Josh Pops Up In Annandale (Again)

It was a glorious month for residents of Darlinghurst who got to relish in the Burgers by Josh kitchen take over at Hotel William. However, after such a successful pop up at the Annandale Hotel previously, where up to 1,000 burgers were being flipped in one sitting and queues of burger loving fans patiently awaited their towers of meat, cheese (and anything else that fits between two buns), the team behind Burgers By Josh have decided to go out with a bang with their last pop-up EVER to be housed back on the old stomping ground.

After nine months of short and sharp kitchen take overs and burger pop ups, Burgers by Josh are finally calling it quits. Who knows what we can expect from them next?! But what we do know is, from the 13th of July, the much loved burgers will be available at the Annandale Hotel and, if you didn’t make it through the queue last time, then this is your chance—the final one at that!

We’re expecting the final takeover to include menu faves like the Primo (a double beef, double cheese and bacon burger) as well as the Lisa Simpson (field mushrooms, American cheese, J sauce, pickles onion rings and iceberg), and continuing on with recent menu additions, including the halal snack pack burger. And if that’s not enough to get you camping out the front of the Annandale in time for the July 13th opening, this final pop up will see #HacksByJosh grace the burgerlicious menu once again to bring you things like the deep fried mac ‘n cheese croquette or the low ‘n slow mesquite pulled pork. Yep, we’re drooling just writing this and we haven’t even covered it all as Josh promises there will be much more to add to the top secret menu!
