Can Tho Kitchen Bottomless Brunch

Did someone say course upon course of mouth-watering Vietnamese food coupled with endless booze? No, you’re not dreaming, our faves at Can Tho Kitchen are putting on a foodie’s nirvana this month with a bottomless brunch. And, in excellent news for the Coast’s growing vegan population, the whole menu is plant-based to celebrate the Buddhist tradition of Tet.

Yes, you heard, there’s a whole smorgasbord of mouth-watering delights that can be enjoyed by everyone—insert happy dance here.

Held on Sunday 29 July, the brunch—AKA heavenly foodie experience—kicks off at 12pm and gives you two whole hours to feast and booze to your heart’s content—or until your pants can no longer button up…whatever comes first. (Probs the pants, TBH).

The menu includes delights such as salt and pepper fried tofu, roast pumpkin with tiger sauce and Asian herbs, grilled enoki mushroom with pickled cucumber and sriracha dressing, as well as steam gai lan with mustard stem and veggie pho. Ok, we’re drooling now. And because the name of the game here is ‘bottomless’ you can throw back as much beer (Asahi, 333, Corona), sparkling or rosé
as you want. Is it just us or did the idea of smashed avo for brekky just take a back seat?

Round up your crew and book in now for the ultimate Sunday sesh.
