Forget Saturday night, these days it’s alllll about boozin’ in the daylight hours on Sundays, so gather your crew, frock (or suit) up and get ready to get your drank on at QT Gold Coast’s first official Boozy Brunch. Held in conjunction with Aussie event company Boozy Brunch, whose specialty is hosting boozy brunches (duh!); you know this soiree is going to be something out of the ordinary.
For one afternoon only (AKA Sunday 11 February), the crew at one of our fave Surfers Paradise will be throwing a vibing brunch so you can dine on delicious food while sipping on all the best kind of drinkies, from Aperol Spritz and Mist Wood gin cocktails to Mojo vinos and Asahi beers. Hurrah!
Wrap your lips around Bazaar’s famous ‘interactive kitchen’ gourmet buffet, starting with a crepe station, fresh trawler seafood and juicy carved ham, then stuff your grumbling belly with dumplings and crunchy salads, before filling your plate with sweet treats from the dessert station. Um, yes please!
Your ticket buys you five seasonal boozy tipples, an all-you-can-eat brunch, roving entertainment, fashion fanfare, DJ beats and mingling with a high-spirited crowd. Sounds like heaven, right?
If you’re feeling the mood (as we know you will be), linger from 4pm onwards at the pop-up Aperol bar at Stingray bar downstairs with cocktail specials and DJ tunes as the sun sets.
