Pop The Champagne, Burleigh Pavilion Has Launched A Boozy Bottomless Brunch

Just when we thought our favourite beachside hangout couldn’t get any better, it goes and combines two of our favourite things, bubbles and brunch! 

Beachside Brunch will kick on Saturday 6 July and will take place in Burleigh Pavilion’s uber cool restaurant, The Tropic. They’re opening the doors early so you and your pals can sink into plush booths overlooking the stunning coastline whilst devouring an epic spread.

Executive chef Guillaume Zika has created an indulgent banquet menu, highlighting the best of the region. Expect mouth-watering eats like freshly shucked oysters, a truffle and mortadella toasty, prawn cocktail rolls, and their signature woodfired pig bun. Finish on a sweet note with chocolate and strawberry cupcakes and lemon meringue tarts.

And of course, there will be free-flowing NV Chandon and NV Chandon Rosé to keep you watered.

Tickets will set you back $99 per person or if you really want to bliss out, for $129 you’ll be topped up with bottomless Veuve Clicquot and Veuve Clicquot Rosé. If you doubt your ability to drink endless bubbles, you can order just the food for $55 and pay for your drinks on consumption. 

The best part? When you’ve finished at The Tropic, kick ons are just metres away at the Beach Bar with DJs from 1pm.
