Bring along your bestie on FriYay arvo, halve $75 and get your gin jugs and sweet tooth fix in style! If you want to kick off the Gold Coast Food and Wine Festival with absolute foodie bang, once you’ve had a good time at the NightQuarter gallery, stroll on down for Bubbles and Brie…

At NightQuarter’s Bubbles and Brie event, for $69 you’ll get to mill around between cheese-tasting stations—and spoil your tastebuds by biting down into eight hard-to-get gooey and gorgeous brie cheeses from around the world. Because bubbles make everything better, match each cheese with some boutique drops of local and international bubbles that complement the flavour, texture and all the other hoo-ha that ‘foodies’ could say about cheese.

When: Friday 1 June; 6pm to 8pm
Where: NightQuarter, 1 Town Centre Drive, Helensvale
Cost: $69pp; includes all cheese and two glasses of bubbles
