We love a good party here at The Urban List! But the idea of toiling away in the kitchen for hours prepping a feast—that is as delicious as it is Insta-worthy—for our guests is something we are not so keen on. We’d much rather sip a cocktail and nibble on canapés—prepared by someone else obvs—than be stuck behind the scenes.

Are you feeling our vibe? Fab! Because we have some seriously good news for you.

One of our fave GC restaurants The Collective have just launched their own catering company, The Collective Catering. That’s right people, if you, like us, dig the good vibes and incredible noms served up daily at the Palm Beach dining institution then you’re in for a treat.

With their shiny new, fully-equipped food truck they can rock up to your birthday shindig, engagement party or wedding and take it to the next level. Trust us, your guests will be raving about your party for weeks to come.

One of the things we love most about The Collective is the variety their five kitchens offer. And the good news is, The Collective Catering is offering up totally customisable catering, with menus from ALL of the mouth-watering haunts, including Luckies Diner, The Italian Job, The Kitchen, Calavera and Umami.

You can opt for either a stand up and mingle situation or really push the boat out with a sit down uber-swanky ‘do. Even better? They’re provide all the glassware, crockery, cutlery and their rad service team so you don’t have to a thing–YAS! And they’ve got you covered with the tipples too, with a fully stocked bar and bartender available.

Menus start from $65 per person and two-hour drinks packages start from $35 per person, based on a minimum of 100 people.

No need to thank us, just be sure to swing us an invite yea?
